Water Infusions: Surviving the HEAT

Today in California, it is 90F.degrees (29 Celsius) ! So, I made some water infusions to cool down, stay hydrated, and feel energized. Did some research on my favorite flavors, heres some information about the following...
Cucumber-infused Water: Drinking this feels just like being at the spa, but in reality - cucumbers are very good for your body, as well as a real thirst-quencher. The antioxidants in cucumbers support cell growth in the skin, and help strengthen your bones. Drinking this "spa water" also lowers your blood pressure by hydrating you enough to flush out bloat and purifying your liver.
Lemon-infused Water: Lemons contain a plentiful amount of vitamins that keep our systems in check. Vitamin C & B, iron, magnesium, and potassium are just a few nutrients you can easily drink when you infuse your water with lemons! People often start off their morning with lemon-water (warm or cold) because it aids in digestion, and gives your immune system a kick! Lemons are also great for cleansing toxin by stimulating your liver function. And if you're trying to cut - our caffeine, lemon water will give you an energy boost to replace your coffee routine!
Strawberries, mint leaves, oranges, ginger, and cranberries also add some zinger to your water.
1. With Distilled water, just add your choice of infusions.
2. Leave in the fridge for 10 hours
3. Sip and enjoy!
For hot water infusions, lets fruits steep, like a tea. and Drink after 3 minutes.
